Upper GI Endoscopy
Upper GI Endoscopy is a minimally invasive diagnostic procedure that uses a flexible camera-tipped scope to visualise the oesophagus, stomach, and duodenum in real time. It is the gold standard for diagnosing GERD, peptic ulcers, gastritis, Barrett's oesophagus and upper GI bleeding — and allows simultaneous therapeutic intervention where required.
Colonoscopy/ Sigmoidoscopy
Colonoscopy provides complete visualisation of the entire large intestine, while sigmoidoscopy examines the lower colon and rectum. Both procedures are essential for diagnosing IBD, colorectal polyps, unexplained rectal bleeding and colorectal cancer. Colonoscopy additionally allows real-time polypectomy — the removal of polyps before they develop malignant potential.
ERCP

Endoscopic Ultrasound combines high-resolution endoscopy with real-time ultrasound imaging to provide detailed visualisation of the GI tract wall and adjacent structures, including the pancreas, liver and lymph nodes. It is particularly valuable for staging GI malignancies, evaluating submucosal lesions, and performing fine-needle aspiration (FNA) for tissue diagnosis.
